Launching From The Blindside

There are no tooth marks on my blindside
They attack me from the front
These ghosts,
these cartographers mapping
the coastline of my way
Through arctic sandwich layers
Through forest nose and tongue
To the desktop of my wandering
To the taste of yesterday

At least you have past enough to make them want to come and leave the trail marked. How boring any other life would have been?

I don't even raise fist to defend myself anymore, just let the memories leave their mark and move the hell pne. I ain't done livin' yet.

Ghosts cannot approach your blindside much less attack you, since ghosts are products of one's thinking. If they seem to recall you too well for your liking, learn to love such insights for the lessons. If they seem to recall you to employers too often for your comfort, learn to work for yourself.

You must know the value of your thought to so many!
