First of all, so true, so frequent, and worthy of a great ha ha ha ha. But then let us delve deeper into those that attempt to describe what they see outside themselves but somehow fall flat in that their obvious seems obscure to me.
I always read polemic points offered as "common sense", "natural", and "human nature", as MY sense and "MY nature", and take it as a limp excuse to justify one's limited sense and selfish nature. In that, It is extremely arrogant, as it attempts to place on the rest of humanity the failings of those who utter it. There are other cultures, other people, and their common senses and human natures differ.
Everything started the day I was born. I had no mama no papa. Nobody nurtured, pained, or worked for me. I knew all that had to be. Nobody built that world around me. It was just there. And I deserved every bit of it. I owe nothing to anyone. Why should I suffer from guilt of what passed before? Why should I pay for others older or with less because I made everything. I, me, my, mine.
But then, maybe it is better there is such outlet than none, for a couple of MY's might get together in found commonness. They could then find others of similar bent. And who knows, soon the I, me, my, mines may change to us and ours, which may lead to everyone and everyone's. Thus can be the conception for birth of a movement.
