Don't know if the question is directed toward myself, but my answer is Yes. That is a very difficult place for most people to get to. One, first, has to accept that they are, were they are, because of themselves. That is usually where the fight begins.
James: create is probably not the right word: we do, I believe, define/realise our own reality by becoming aware of it - the flowers that grow beside the motorway are not included in our reality until we become aware of them. As Punch alludes to, we have the power to alter our reality by altering our thinking or viewpoint - the benefits of a parallax view are immediately apparent when we block one eye.
jadedj: not sure what a reouter is... possibly a cheap tyre?
Life could be a dream. But too often we fail to look inside our selves. We construct our realities with tangible things. This gives us something to "grasp". Most do not look at the dream as another reality. And who's to say it is or isn't?
Pisces... yeah, there surely would (be more fish , I mean), but perhaps that is the ( presumably) waking human assumption about how dolphins " think" or dream... the whole notion of what constitutes a known reality remains a slippery slope sometimes/ some days

There is no perhaps about it...
Great picture too.
Excellent
Do you think we create our own reality?

"reouter" is the verification word...not a real word, or is it? Apropos I think.

I agree: great image.
there is a folklore that claims that people are the dream of the dolphin...
there is so much about consciousness that remains elusive and mysterious; I am grateful for the portals ...
thanks for being one of them
once a dream is realized it no longer has place in the land of dreams. A good thing in that the land is overcrowded with so many dreams a'ready.
subby: "We construct our realities with tangible things" you've hit the nail on the head my friend
harlequin: if we were the dreams of dolphins then surely there'd be more references to fish?
walking man: luckily, some dreams are never realised - there are already too many walking nightmares

Harlequin: speakinh for the fish I would be hurt if dolphin did not dream of us - keep your eyes open for further references to this ;]
Maybe in the dream you are dreaming about dreaming that same dream.

Mariana: Perhaps...
